Recording artist Ke$ha has accused her former producer, Dr. Luke, of sexual, physical and emotional abuse.

The 27-year-old singer, Kesha Sebert, said Tuesday that the producer, real name Lukasz Gottwald, forced her to take drugs and consume alcohol, along with snorting an illicit drug before getting on a plane.

In her lawsuit, Kesha claims that she was then sexually abused after boarding the plane.

The suit also includes that she was drugged with GHB, commonly known as the “date rape drug.”

In response, Dr. Luke filed a lawsuit in New York, accusing Kesha of defamation and breach of contract.

Kesha and her mother are engaged in a campaign of publishing outrageous and untrue statements,” the attorney of the producer told the Los Angeles Times.

Known for her songs “TiK ToK” and “Timber,” the pop artist worked for the producer for almost nine years from 2005, when she first signed to producer Dr. Luke’s record label, Kemosabe Entertainment.
